Return and Refund Eligibility

  • Return Period: You have 10 days to return your tiny house from the date of delivery to your specified area or destination.
  • Condition of Return: The tiny house must be in the same condition that you received it, free from any damages, alterations, or significant wear and tear. It should also include all original components, documents, and accessories.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at Sale@tinyhousecalling.com within 10 days of receiving your tiny house.
    • Provide your order number, delivery date, and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization:
    • Upon receiving your return request, we will review the details and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if your request meets our return criteria.
    • Please do not return the tiny house without an RA number, as it will not be processed.
  3. Prepare for Return:
    • Ensure the tiny house is packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
    • Include all original documents, components, and accessories that came with the tiny house.
  4. Return Shipping:
    • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not refund transportation or shipping charges.
    • Arrange for a reputable shipping service to transport the tiny house back to us. Ensure that the shipment is insured and trackable.
  5. Inspection and Refund:
    • Once we receive the returned tiny house, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
    • If the tiny house passes inspection, we will process your refund for the purchase amount within 10 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Important Considerations

  • Non-Refundable Charges: Transportation and shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for these costs both for the initial delivery and the return shipping.
